One more b4 New Years

I know I said I’d sign off until the New Year, but there’s a bit more.

Sadly, the day after that message my sweet dog, Gimli, passed away quite suddenly. I feel that’s going to hurt for a while first, but also a lot of the stuff I wanted to do was also scheduled around having him around.
I’m just incredibly sad and tired at this point, not to mention Yuki and I fell sick a little before Christmas and we’re only now feeling somewhat better. At least it’s not covid.

We did end up finally finishing the parts of the house we wanted done yesterday, so while barely, we did what we set out to do by the end of the year! Hopefully the next project will go a bit smoother though.

The coming year is really gonna be about discipline. See if I can keep to everything I want to do.
